All efforts to ensure the physical and emotional safety of our participants are taken seriously. During the large group experience or open share groups, participants are never asked to share. Although sharing is voluntary, it is encouraged for the purpose of healing. During step-study groups, however, participation is required. Small Group guidelines are also consistent throughout any Celebrate Recovery small group. All CR small groups are gender-specific except, at times, our one-time only class for first-time participants, Newcomers 101. For a more specific account of what we ARE vs. what we ARE NOT, please click here. There is also a consistent effort to provide security on campus during CR events.
Anonymity and Confidentiality are stressed in Celebrate Recovery. No information will be required of you beyond your first name in order to be a participant in Celebrate Recovery. During Open Share groups, which are gender-specific groups, safe group guidelines are enforced.
Again, anonymity and confidentiality are basic requirements of all Celebrate Recovery participants. We understand that the most amazing healing happens when we take a courageous step out of our isolation and begin to become a part of a community of believers who struggle with similar hurts, habits or hangups. If you still remain fearful of identification, however, please consider joining a Celebrate Recovery ministry in another area of our region by going to www.celebraterecovery.com and clicking on Global Locations.
You will be met by genuinely humble, loving and merciful leaders and CR team members upon attendance to Celebrate Recovery. Celebrate Recovery is not a place for judgement. For more information on what we ARE versus what we ARE NOT, click here.
Although Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered 12-step recovery program, there is no requirement for attendance to a Celebrate Recovery meeting. All are welcome, and please come just as you are. We look forward to seeing you!
All Celebrate Recovery participants are at different points on the road to true recovery. We welcome you whether you are simply curious about recovery, just beginning a recovery journey or are an individual who has experienced years of successful recovery.
The philosophy of Celebrate Recovery is that everyone suffers from hurts, habits or hang-ups. In fact, all humans are in recovery from one thing: sin. If you feel as if a particular hurt, habit, or hangup remains unexplained or unresolved, renders any part of your life unmanageable, or seems uncontrollable at times, then CR is for you. Celebrate Recovery will help you experience the hope and healing that Jesus intends for your life. Click here to view inspirational Celebrate Recovery testimonies of people just like you.
